From Advertising to Telephone Screening, Interviewing to Training, every aspect of the process is undertaken in-house by our recruitment team. Our National Call Centre has the ability to handle 1,000 calls per hour and we pride ourselves on our own unique training and interviewing process.

Having successfully recruited 3,000 agents in the past 10 years for an extensive product list, we feel assured that we can find the right people to launch any product.

We also offer a stand-alone consultancy service where we can recruit, train and motivate the right people for your own bespoke projects. This service has been recently utilised by a major Gas & Electicity provider in the southern states of America.
